# Invalid MPXN number

Hi,

I’ve used equiwatt app for a number of months, I was randomly signed out one day after updating my phone and have been unable to log back into the app.

I have entered my address and MPNX/MPAN number checked on both my smart meter and supplier bill.

Can anyone advise how I can log back into my account please?

We can see that your account is active and that your smart meter is connected.

Could you please try deleting the app, reinstalling it, and then logging back in? Let us know if you’re still experiencing the issue after that, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Thanks @yasas , I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app but have the same issue.

My address shows as already having an account and when entering my MPXN number I receive an ‘Invalid MPXN number’ message.
