# No notification of events for many months

I haven’t had notification of any events for many months, I assume that I should have had these. I sent an email a while back which is unanswered.

I regularly use a VPN, could this be why or is there something wrong with my account?

I don’t know if it’s regional, but I’ve just had notification of an event from 7pm - 8pm tonight

Is there anything showing in the app?

Hi Rich,

Thanks for responding, I have no notification in my app and have had the VPN off today.

Equiwatt seem reluctant to respond to enquiries.
