I don’t really have time to keep signing up, so many app problems alately.
Hi @Stephen_C,
Thank you for your message and your feedback.
This issue was raised internally this week, and the engineering team are currently in the process of amending the app flow to enable existing users to log in without having to go through all the screens that currently appear.
This should be ready for the next app release.
All the best,
Mark - Team equiwatt
I don’t know if this is the same issue, but after missing the first Power Down event since December recently, I found all my plugs had been disabled in the app.
I had to unlink and relink my TP-Link account then re-setup the plugs I didn’t want to participate.
Hi @John_Thomas,
The team are aware of an existing issue with the Kasa integration and my colleague is currently investigating this. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know.
Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
All the best,
Mark - Team equiwatt
I reset my account and the plugs appeared. I note they are all saying “offline” at the moment in Equiwatt, but the Tapo app can see them…
