Can't login to the Community forum from a mobile device

The authentification codes being sent to login to the forum are alpha-numeric, but the input screen on Android mobile devices only brings up a numerical keypad, so you can only access the forum through a device with a physical QWERTY keyboard at the moment

Hi @Rich_T, thank you for getting in touch with us.

This is something that we are currently looking to resolve. There appears to be a known issue with the Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard on some Android devices that prevents the alpha-numeric keyboard from appearing.

In the meantime, you can try either changing your default keyboard on your device or copy and paste the authentication codes from the email into the app.

Copy and paste only populates the first box unfortunately.

Hi @Rich_T,

My colleague has identified the cause of the issue and has run a fix on it. Please could you try logging in again to see if the issue has been resolved.

The copy and paste will still only populate the first box but you should be able to access the full alphanumeric keyboard.

Yeah, working fine now with the full QWERTY/alphanumeric keyboard popping up
