Dissapointed as no responce to yesterdays question

was unable to participate in yesterdays event as when i went to participate tab all i received was timer circle going round and round.

We always try to respond to queries as quickly as we can. However, as a small team, we do not have anyone currently dedicated solely to customer service or manning the forum at all times. This means that we aim for our response time to be as quick as possible but sometimes you might not respond straight away. However, we always aim to reply within 3 days.

I have raised the issue you mentioned with my colleagues and they will respond with further explanation shortly.
