Address not listed in App

Hi,

Hoping someone can help with this. I’m trying to get connected up with EquiWatt to monitor energy usage. When I put my property postcode in the app my address is not listed. Checking my bill and National Grid, I can see that my meter has a different postcode and the address for that is somewhat odd, “Back of XXX”. When I try that postcode in the app, that address is not listed either. Help!
