Do we know if the removal of Bodyshop from the gifts, is a permanent loss? If so, that would be a real shame!
Hi @Amit_Ratnaparkhi thank you for your message. We removed The Body Shop from the gift store as we regularly had issues with them not processing our orders and they were unable to provide us with a resolution.
We are in the process of revamping the gift store and the rewards available in it, so there is a strong possibility that we will add it again if we can find another company that can fulfil the orders for us.
In the meantime, if you have any suggestions of other things that you would like to see in the gift store then please let us know.
