Kasa plugs going offline

Hi,
Recently all of my Kasa plugs keep going offline in the equiwatt app but are fine in their own app?

Same problem for me. I have signed in multiple times but they keep showing offline in the Equiwatt app after a short period. Please fix it quickly. Having bought the Kasa plugs for Equivents it would be good if it worked.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

My colleagues have informed me to say that they have investigated the issue and have asked if you can try disconnecting your Kasa account and then reconnecting it to see if that resolves the problem.

There was a bug that they found, which they believe caused the issue, but this should now be resolved.

And once AGAIN, Kasa plugs all report being offline again! It’s starting to get a bit old now.

I did indeed disconnect and re-add my Kasa account, it had been fine until I noticed just now that they are all offline again.
