My Smart Meter shows no data in the App
The last data was 2 days ago.
Hi @Jeremy_Goff,
Can you clarify if you are still not seeing readings in the equiwatt app?
Looking at your account, it appears as though we are receiving half-hourly readings, so this should be reflected in the app.
Occasionally, there can be a delay before the data appears in the app, as there can be delays with the Smart DCC, which is responsible for sending your smart meter data to us via our partner N3rgy.
If your data isn’t visible, you can also try resetting your smart meter connection. You learn more about how to do that here.
Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further assistance.
All the best,
Mark - Team equiwatt
As in my original post, I still see no data in the App after 22 June 2025.
Hi @Jeremy_Goff ,
Thank you for the update.
I will check if there is any reason for this on our end but in the meantime please can you try resetting the connection between your smart meter and the app as mentioned in my previous response.
Thank you for your patience.
All the best,
Mark - Team equiwatt
I disconnected then reconnected my smart meter. After validation delay I now see yesterday’s and older data.
Strange that connection was lost after many many months being connected.
Hi @Jeremy_Goff I am glad that you are now able to view your data.
Unfortunately, this does seem to happen sometimes. Smart Meters and the DCC network we rely on to access your data do seem to be a bit temperamental.
If this happens again, we would recommend reconnecting your smart meter as that generally seems to reset the connection and enable the data to be retrieved.
All the best,
