Since connected my smart meter to you 1-2 months ago I’ve had to refresh the connection twice as it randomly stops showing readings in the Equiwatt app.
Is there something wrong or is it normal for the Equiwatt to stop showing readings?

Hi @Ninko, that seems to be an odd bug. Could you please let us know the next time it stops showing the readings? Please write to us before you disconnect and reconnect the meter and we’d be able to investigate what is causing the issue.
