Smart meter saying not set to half hour

Hi there please can you advise me why my smart meter in your app says can’t connect to half hour readings when I know it’s set to half hour reading with my energy provider app :face_with_monocle:

Hello, welcome to the community! I’ve just checked on your meter and it seems that it doesn’t connect to it. Could you please try removing it from the app and adding it back? This may solve it.
