Your meter connection is expired

Error on front page of the app all the time, and no data from smart meter.
‘ Please click here to start re-consent process to continue using equiwatt app.’
Clicking brings up a ‘reconnect’ button, which when pressed appears to work. Advised to wait 48 hours for confirmation to take effect. After 48 hours, no charge. Attempting to remove the smart meter and add it again hits an error that I cannot withdraw my consent!
